11月2日上午，应学院邀请，澳大利亚南昆士兰大学Ravinesh C Deo副教授来学院进行学术交流，并作了题为《Success for Quality Journal Paper Writing: What is the Publication Strategy?》的学术报告，学院100余名师生参加了此次报告会。报告会由副院长马利邦副教授主持。

Ravinesh C Deo副教授分别从“Developing Excellent Publication Strategy & High Impact Journal Papers”、“How to Write a Good Paper for a Top International Journal- and Why do we do this?”、“How to Ensure that Your Paper is Valued -> carries meaning and relevance?”、“What are the Key Items Required in in a Top Journal?”、“Journal Paper Statistics for Career Progression -> what are the benchmark measures?”、“Discussion & Other Matters” 六个方面，详尽介绍了高质量期刊论文写作和投稿中的注意事项。最后，Ravinesh C Deo副教授为我院师生解疑释惑，不仅回答了师生提问，而且提出可行的建议。
