陈粉丽，女，汉族，1978年11月出生，云南曲靖人。现任西北师范大学地理与环境科学学院副教授，主要从事环境方面的研究工作。

个人履历：

1998年9月–2002年7月，在四川大学城环学院环境监测专业学习，获理学学士学位；

2006年9月–2009年6月，在西北师范大学地理与环境科学学院环境化学专业学习，获理学硕士学位；

2011年9月–2016年6月，在西北师范大学地理与环境科学学院自然地理学专业学习，获理学博士学位；

2018年1月至今，在西北师范大学地理与环境科学学院工作，任副教授。

研究领域：

主要从事气候变化与水文过程方面的研究工作。
