王圣杰,西北师范大学地理与环境科学学院教授,博士生导师,甘肃省绿洲资源环境与可持续发展重点实验室副主任,甘肃省杰出青年基金获得者,陇原青年创新创业人才,法国国家科学研究中心动力气象实验室访问学者。

近年来主要从事寒旱区水循环过程研究,先后主持国家自然科学基金、甘肃省杰出青年基金等科研项目10余项,在《Water Resources Research》《Journal of Hydrology》《Journal of Geophysical ResearchAtmospheres》《Journal of Climate》《Global and Planetary Change》《地理学报》等国内外期刊发表论文100余篇,主讲《自然地理学》课程(国家级一流本科课程),曾获甘肃省自然科学二等奖、甘肃省高校科技进步一等奖、甘肃省高校教师教学创新大赛二等奖。兼任国际水文科学协会中国委员会同位素分委员会委员、中国自然资源学会干旱半干旱区资源研究专业委员会委员、中国冰冻圈科学学会青年工作委员会委员、甘肃省地理学会理事、甘肃省气象学会理事、《地球环境学报》和《Research in Cold and Arid Regions》青年编委。
